RPMs falling down

Now I have a new problem, on cold start before the maschine turns to working temperature, rpms jumping around 800-1200 for a few seconds. Then after a half of minute everything is normal, needle stops at 1200rpm and when it get hot turn down to 800rpm.
But... the real problem is, when I want to stop on a red traffic light and squeeze the clutch together with the brake, the rpms are falling down to 0 or 200rpm and sometimes the engine turns off.
After a few kilometers when it gets really hot there's no any problem.
My mechanic tried to clean the idle controll unit but no luck.

The main problem is that some air flows in after throttle. Check rubber hose from air filter box to throttle first. Check it close. Then you should look behind intake manifold and check all vacuum hoses. They should be not damaged and connected correctly. Here is scheme of connection. [External Link Removed for Guests]

The symptoms are not very similar, but still check the level of antifreeze

antifreeze is ok, all the pipes seems to be good... what shall i do next?
my spark plugs cables was original... (black oem)
after a longer drive my catalyzer stinks like boiled eggs...

just ordered NGK spark plugs cables... will be here around next week
I've noticed that rpms screwing around when the weather is cold, so I take a shoot that it may be old cables as a problem.

where to buy catalyzer? bosal specs define on 405mm length? does it fits from some another car? (clarus, 626GE, GF...?)

I think that isn't normal... how it could be.
just recieved sparks and cables(all 7 pcs in box from NGK) but I can't take time to replace
So, any known solution for falling rpms after touching a clutch is mistery?

if you're already planning to change braking fluid, you could pour away the old one and check clutch-rpm effect with empty brake system.
if with empty system effect will still appears, goal could be clutch sensor (i don't remember, if it on X6, but...)
if not, your goal will be clutch (bearing and other)
